Yoga retreat: September 2024
Pure nature

Meditation works better in nature, where you can let the elements work on you. The unique place where we take you, with the sound of the waves, the scent of endless olive groves and the unspoilt wilderness of a wild landscape, forms the ideal backdrop for a stay of pure beauty. An ideal introduction to yoga as a foundation for life.
For whom?
Active, no-nonsense men and women who want to experience an unforgettable week together. Yoga occupies an important place in the program. In addition, there is plenty of room for chilling out, resting or getting out on your own. Both beginners and more advanced yoga fans are welcome. No foggy atmosphere here, no intimidating yoga or spectacular poses. We offer an intensive introduction to various yoga styles with a sober, down to earth view.

Karolien Grosemans(host)
As an architect & ceramist, Karolien searches daily for the most beautiful and personal match between context, design & lifestyle of her clientele. From that vision a search for authenticity, beauty, passion & craftsmanship arose. Combining beautiful & unique ceramics in a timeless, contemporary architecture.
Leen Gysen(host)
As an archaeologist, art historian and art restoration entrepreneur, beauty is omnipresent at Leen, both professionally and privately. About 6 years ago she visited this region in northwest Crete for the first time and immediately fell in love with the bay around which this retreat takes place. Together with Karolien she set up a project on the mountain 'Mount Metochi' in which architecture, interior, art and sustainability come together.
