Low Season: April 27 thru. week of May 25 / Sept. 28 thru. week Oktober 26 2024 - 3,250 €/week
Réduction 'early bird' : -250€
Mid Season: June 1 thru. week June 22 / August 31 thru. week Sept. 21 2024 - 4,250 €/week
Réduction 'early bird' : -250€
High Season: June 29 thru. week August 24 2024 - 6,500 €/week
Réduction 'early bird' : -500€
Terms and Conditions
To confirm your reservation we require a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The balance of 50% must be received no later than 30 days before arrival.
The advance can be paid by bank transfer.
A deposit of € 1,000 must be paid 1 week before arrival.
The deposit will be refunded 7 days after check-out.
Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted from the security deposit.
Cancellation conditions:
If canceled 30 days or more before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
If canceled less than 30 days before arrival, the full rental amount is non-refundable.
In case you are unable to travel due to Covid restrictions, we will provide you with a voucher for the value of the rental amount which can be used for a future booking within 18 months.
