Minimum booking: 4 nights.

Low Season: weeks from April 4 to May 30 2026 / Okt. 3 to Nov. 7 2026 -
3.350 €/week - Early bird discount -250€
Mid Season: weeks from May 30 to June 27 2026 / August 29 to Okt. 3 2026 -
4.350 €/week - Early bird discount -250€
High Season: weeks from June 27 to August 29 2026 - 6.700 €/week
Early Bird discount -500€
Terms and Conditions
To confirm your reservation we require a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The balance of 50% must be received no later than 30 days before arrival.
The advance can be paid by bank transfer.
A deposit of € 1,000 must be paid 1 week before arrival.
The deposit will be refunded 7 days after check-out.
Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted from the security deposit.
Cancellation conditions:
If canceled 30 days or more before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
If canceled less than 30 days before arrival, the full rental amount is non-refundable.
In case you are unable to travel due to Covid restrictions, we will provide you with a voucher for the value of the rental amount which can be used for a future booking within 18 months.
